We had two barrels of Pinot Gris that really stood out as decidedly different in 2015 so we kept them aside and bottled them separately. Lighter in colour than the ‘Regular” Pinot Gris. Even brighter and more lifted aromatics of fresh white tree fruit, warm spices and melon. The mid palate is very dense and concentrated but not at all heavy. Finishes crunchy and moreish with great verve. Drink Now – 2020.Purchase Wine
